Action in the Hennepin County District Court brought by Harvey E. Belisle and Anna Ruth Belisle for damages they allegedly sustained by reason of misrepresentations inducing them to sign a lease with defendant, Southdale Realty Company, now known as Dayton Development Company. The case was tried before Leslie L. Anderson, Judge, and a jury. At the close of all the evidence, the court granted defendant's motion for a directed verdict, and plaintiffs appealed from the judgment entered and from an order denying their alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
